Twickenham Yacht Club is a friendly, volunteer-run sailing and watersports club on one of the most picturesque stretches of the River Thames, in the heart of Twickenham.

Whether you're looking to learn to sail, return to the water, enjoy social paddleboarding, explore the Thames by cruiser or simply become part of a welcoming riverside community, you'll find a place here.

We sail Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings, alongside social paddleboarding adventures, cruiser outings, RYA powerboat training and a lively calendar of social events.

Our historic clubhouse, riverside bar and sunny deck are at the heart of club life – somewhere to relax after sailing, catch up with friends or simply enjoy being beside the river.

As a not-for-profit club run entirely by volunteers, everyone has the opportunity to get involved, learn new skills and help keep the club thriving. It's one of the reasons so many members quickly become friends.
