Team TYC BBQ, led by the intrepid duo of Michael O'Doherty and Brian English, grilled up
mouth-watering steaks at the annual TYC event, complemented by a variety of amazing salads contributed by TYC members, and all topped off with strawberries, raspberries and cream!
As always, helpers pitched in with what needed doing, with excellent help in the Bar to keep the refreshments flowing. A sociable and enjoyable evening (and well into the night) was had by all!
